Jason Lang
President & CEO
For over two decades, Jason Lang has led predictiveIT (formerly Westshore Technologies) as President & CEO, guiding the company’s growth with a focus on innovation, strategy, and client success.
An accomplished leader in IT services, Jason specializes in operations, finance, and business development, with a proven ability to build and scale thriving organizations. His leadership style blends strategic vision with a passion for helping businesses achieve lasting results.
Jason is a graduate of Southwest Florida College and holds professional certifications including CCNA, CCSP, MCSE, and CSE.
Jared Wilson
Director of Sales & Marketing
Jared has led successful teams in various settings from Retail, Telesales, Consumer & Business Sales. His strength is building a winning culture through Diversity & Inclusion and bringing the best out of his team members. Jared’s five-year career with Comcast started in the consumer space as a Technical Support Supervisor. Then he spent the last four years at Comcast on the business side as a Manager of Sales Engineers & then SMB Sales Director. He left Comcast in 2022 to relocate to Tampa, FL to join predictiveIT for an opportunity to transform and grow the Sales & Marketing team.
Nick Crim
General Manager Administration
As General Manager of Administration, Nick Crim plays a key role on predictiveIT’s Leadership Team, bringing over two years of experience supporting the company’s mission to deliver exceptional IT solutions. He oversees critical day-to-day functions, including accounting and human resources, ensuring the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
Nick holds a degree in Finance and Risk Management Insurance from Florida State University and began his career in facility management before transitioning into the IT services industry.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys time with his family and staying active on the tennis court.
Chris Shaw
Service Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Chris Shaw brings deep technical expertise and a proven track record of customer-focused service. His career began after earning his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification, which launched him into IT following earlier roles in service and retail.
Chris gained valuable experience at Essilor of America, progressing from help desk support to datacenter technician, before moving on to Siemens Business Services, where he supported Verizon employees and later worked as a Verizon FiOS installation technician.
For the past 12+ years, Chris has been a dedicated member of the predictiveIT team. Starting as a desktop support technician, his leadership and commitment to excellence led to his promotion to Service Manager, a role he has proudly held for the last four years.
Dave Fulda
Senior Project Engineer
For over a decade, Dave Fulda has served as a Senior Project Engineer at predictiveIT, specializing in system architecture and migration. He brings extensive experience in designing scalable infrastructures and leading complex technology transitions that enable businesses to adapt, modernize, and grow.
An accomplished engineer, Dave excels at building future-ready systems that support long-term business objectives. His expertise lies in guiding organizations through challenging technology transformations with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
Outside of work, Dave is passionate about creativity and family life—he enjoys cooking, playing guitar, exploring photography, and spending quality time with loved ones.
Bailey Lang
Marketing and Sales Director
As part of the Marketing and Sales team at predictiveIT, Bailey Lang helps businesses identify smarter, more efficient IT solutions that support long-term growth and success. She specializes in strategy, communication, and client engagement, ensuring that every partnership delivers measurable value.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, where she built a strong foundation in market analysis, brand development, and customer relationship management. At predictiveIT, she applies these skills to connect organizations with technology solutions that align with their goals and enhance overall efficiency.
Outside of work, she values balance and creativity. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, practicing yoga, and focusing on personal growth through wellness and mindfulness.
Marcus Hill
Service Desk Engineer
Marcus Hill is a Service Desk Engineer at predictiveIT, bringing a background in technical support and a passion for helping people to every client interaction. He specializes in problem-solving and communication, making complex technical challenges easier for clients to understand while ensuring reliable, high-quality support.
After serving in the military, he was inspired by a high school teacher to pursue a career in technology, earning both an associate degree in computer technology and a bachelor’s degree. His career has included providing IT support across a variety of companies and institutions, where he developed a reputation for patience, persistence, and loyalty.
Guided by the principle “Treat people the way you would want to be treated,” Marcus approaches his work with professionalism, empathy, and dedication to client success. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, hosting friends, driving his slingshot, and relaxing with movies and sports.

Account Manager
Jackie Lang is an Account Manager at predictiveIT, where she focuses on building strong client relationships and ensuring businesses receive the IT solutions and support they need to thrive. She specializes in account management, communication, and client success, serving as a trusted partner for organizations navigating their technology needs.
With a background in customer service and business operations, Jackie brings a people-first approach to her work. She is known for her reliability, organization, and ability to connect with clients, making complex solutions easy to understand and implement. Her commitment to delivering value reflects predictiveIT’s mission of providing technology with purpose.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and finding balance through personal growth and new experiences.
Stephanie Gibble
Service Desk Engineer
Stephanie Gibble is a Service Desk Engineer at predictiveIT, bringing a passion for helping others and a talent for problem-solving to her role. She combines technical skill, organization, and empathy to deliver support that not only resolves issues but also ensures clients feel heard and understood.
Drawn to the IT field by a desire for change, she has built a career grounded in curiosity, adaptability, and connection. Known by colleagues as knowledgeable, kind, and honest, Stephanie approaches every challenge with patience and professionalism. Guided by the principle, “Always do your best in everything that you do and treat people with kindness,” she consistently delivers service that reflects both technical expertise and genuine care.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys reading, gardening, and watching documentaries, as well as finding joy in organizing her spaces. A dedicated reader, she has recently been hooked on Hooked by Michael Moss and James Patterson’s Confessions series.
Chris Clark
vCIO
Chris Clark is a seasoned professional with a rich background in Information Technology consulting and strategic account management. Over his nearly two decades in IT, and mostly working for MSPs, he has developed his skills in cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders and consistently driving remarkable year-over-year revenue growth.
His journey began as a hands-on technical network administrator and engineer, where he gained invaluable insights into infrastructure and technology solutions’ practical implementation. Recognizing the profound impact of technology on addressing business challenges, he transitioned into business technology consulting, leveraging his technical expertise to communicate the value of IT solutions effectively. Before joining predictiveIT, he held various roles, each contributing to his diverse skill set. Outside of the workplace, Chris enjoys working out regularly and engaging in sports including swimming, biking, jogging, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
